Meredith, 5’4, has a 1x bust line with a 3x waist and hip line. For swing tops and dresses, a 1x is fine. For bottoms, a 3X is fine. For fitted dresses, I’d add the bust to waist customization to achieve perfect fit. She is also petite from shoulder to waist length so additional length add ons may be needed for certain tops or dresses.
