MJ, 5’4, has a bust line on the low end of 2X and a waist and hip line on the low end of a 3x. A 3x is fine for any bottom. For loose or swing tops and dresses, a 2x is fine. To achieve perfect fit on a fitted top or dress, I would add the bust to waist customization.
