Stephanie, 5’7, has a bust line on the high end of 1X, and a waist and hip line on the low end of 2X. A 2X is fine for any bottom. For loose or swing tops and dresses, a 1X is fine. To achieve perfect fit on a fitted top or dress, I would add the bust to waist customization.
